We are proud to announce our new contract with Tandridge District Council, which will be starting in April 2021.
The team will be delivering Drainage, Fencing, Groundwork, Brickwork and Roofing services for the next five years.
Tandridge is a local government district in Surrey, covering approximately 110 square miles. It is mainly rural and over 90% is green belt.
The district contains part of the North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, part of the Weald and the towns of Warlingham, Caterham, Oxted, Godstone and Lingfield.
Tandridge District Council owns and maintains its own stock of approximately 2603 social rented and 660 leasehold properties.
Approximately 70% of the population live in the northern residential areas of Caterham, Oxted, Warlingham and Whyteleafe.

The award of the contract increases the number of homes we maintain across London, Kent, and the South East of England to over 370,000.
The work will be delivered by our team of directly employed staff.
